A perfect example of how you end up specializing in something for which you couldn’t have even studied in school because of the specialized experience it requires. Denise spent her early days in Construction Management, paying her dues and learning, hands on, what it takes to deliver successful projects. This requisite experience was the foundation for Denise and her next 15 years writing and designing proposals for Government Construction throughout the US and overseas. She is an organizer and a bridge connecting General Contractors with their teaming subs, designers and engineers resulting in impressive on-time submissions and resulting wins.
In Ms. Arnold’s 24 of experience, she has served as a Litigator, Assistant General Counsel, International Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Human Resource Director, and Contract Manager. Her Areas Of Practice are Contract Law, Commercial Transactions, Government Contracts, Regulatory Compliance, Employment Matters, and Contract Management.
At the height of Middle East reconstruction efforts, Sarah was embedded into a large General Contractor’s International Division for 3 years establishing a office in Dubai and managing the company’s branch, licensure, regulatory compliance, and personnel opening other foreign branch offices of US corporations in Afghanistan, Bahrain, Djibouti, and Iraq. Sarah’s input and translation of FAR regulations gives our clients the confidence in major qualifying decisions in capture planning efforts and over-all RFP compliance.
Larson is the newest member of Wells-Dabbagh Agency, and he is incredibly excited to learn the tricks of the trade from his incredibly accomplished co-workers. Larson is currently studying at American University in Washington D.C., where he hopes to achieve an undergraduate degree from the School of International Service in International Studies, along with a minor in Arabic. He hopes to work overseas with the Peace Corps. He is a fast learner with good work ethic, and is ready to help out anywhere possible.
During her 10 years of work experience as an Internal Quality Control Manager for APCO/ArCon LLC. an American Company performing construction projects funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the West Bank and Gaza, Amani was trusted with major responsibilities in a short period of time, this exposed her to various facets of company business and her experience was not limited to technical skills.
She has extensive knowledge of US Government standards, rules and regulations relevant to construction contracts through working on 26 task orders since 2009 starting from bidding process until projects completion and handover.
Ms. Amani was an essential member of proposal preparation team which include research, data collection, technical and specialty works.
